LASVIT has built an exceptional global brand in bespoke glass over 18 years. The challenge now is scaling operations and business development in pace with that brand — particularly in underdeveloped North American territories like Texas and Colorado — without adding proportional headcount.

This proposal maps four modular engagement tracks to the gaps surfaced in our discovery session: inbound lead generation, CRM intelligence, quoting automation, and proactive BD at scale. We recommend starting with a focused discovery engagement to scope priorities and sequence the rollout correctly before committing to full build budgets.

Situation Analysis

From our discovery session, four operational areas surfaced as the highest-ROI candidates for AI leverage:

Business development

Americas pipeline relies on inbound references and social discovery. Strong in established markets like New York, but growth-stage territories lack systematic outreach across luxury architects, interior designers, and developers.

CRM & project tracking

Microsoft Dynamics has been in place five years but functions largely as a contact repository. Real-time project tracking requires multiple manual steps; Power BI supplements visibility but doesn't replace a live operational dashboard. Data entry is inconsistent, limiting sales intelligence.

Quoting process

Proposals are built manually in Excel — X-works pricing with a margin multiplier, plus manual shipping and installation inputs. Manageable for small projects, but complex bespoke installations with hundreds of components are slow and error-prone. Volume also fluctuates significantly week to week.

Decision posture

Leadership is aligned on a company-wide AI strategy. Pavel drives Americas adoption with CEO approval from Czech Republic. Preference is for unified global tools. Americas pilot is the agreed starting point.
